 Shares of the Unit Investment Trust of Bank of Moscow Managing Company May Be Taken Up via the ATM machines in St. Petersburg and Krasnodar
Starting from today payment for shares of the Unit Investment Trust of Bank of Moscow Managing Company may be executed via the Bank of Moscow* ATM machines in St. Petersburg and Krasnodar. There are 48 ATM machines** in St. Petersburg, and 17 ATM machines*** in Krasnodar. Such service is available for the first time in the market of common trust fund in these cities. Thus, the shareholders acquire the possibility of additional effective investment portfolio increase. Yelena Kasianova, the General Director of the Bank of Moscow Managing Company said: "The Russian equity market is a part of the world stock market and incurs the same trends. As soon as the situation in the American market becomes stable the Russian market shall accelerate its increase based on its macroeconomic indices. Thus, notwithstanding all the falls, the annual income of the Russian equity market exceeds 29 per cent according to the RTS indices. Investors should start to invest funds in shares using all the newest services so as not to lose investment options appeared in result of investment opportunities change". *Implementation of services permits to simplify the process of re-taking up of shares: the shareholder shall not need to visit the Bank of Moscow office. One can pay with the plastic card issued by the Bank of Moscow via the ATM machine. Payment for shares is similar to the payment for the mobile communication via the Bank of Moscow ATM machines. In the section "Payments/UITs" one should enter the number of request for shares and the amount transferred for payments for shares. In case the shares are taken up for the first time then one should sign up the standard list of documents for the investment shares in the branch/affiliated office of the Bank of Moscow (including the share request). Bank of Moscow Managing Company (MC) is one of the leadersin the market of common trust fund in Russia. Bank of Moscow MC manages one interval and thirteen open Unit Investment Trusts (UITs), as well as the assets of the non-governmental pension fund. Total amount of the UITs net assets under the Bank of Moscow MC management makes up 11,220,000,000 rubles as of December 29, 2007. 100 per cent of Bank of Moscow MC shares belong to the Bank of Moscow. Individual rate of National Rating Agency "AAA" — is a maximum reliability.
