 Yekaterinburg: sales of investment shares in the mutual investment funds through cash machines launched
Since December 27 2007 payments for investment shares of the mutual investment funds administered by the Managing Company of the Bank of Moscow may be effected through cash machines of the Bank of Moscow in Yekaterinburg*. As was reported earlier, the implementation of this service allows us to simplify the process of reacquisition of investment shares: the shareholder no longer needs to visit a bank office for the above purpose**. — On the eve of the New Year festivities we are congratulating our customers with the coming 2008 year and Christmas and present our gift to them: new investment and financial opportunities as well as a substantial improvement of product enhancements, — said the Director General of the Managing Company of the Bank of Moscow. — In 2007 it became possible to pay for the purchase of shares of the mutual investment funds administered by the Managing Company of the Bank of Moscow through cash machines in Moscow and the Moscow region, since December 24 it became possible to do so in Sochi and on December 27 2007 Yekaterinburg joined the club. The Yekaterinburg branch of the Bank of Moscow hosts 16 agency outlets where shares of the mutual investment funds of the Managing Company of the Bank of Moscow can be bought, sold or exchanged. Our aim is to make such transactions uncomplicated and less time-consuming for our clients. Especially since the Yekaterinburg branch can boast of having all technical facilities necessary for this purpose, it is the leader in the number of cash machines owned in the city. ** Payment for the mutual investment funds shares through cash machines may be effected by means of plastic cards issued by the Bank of Moscow. Payment for investment shares is arranged similarly to payment for mobile communication services through the cash machines of the Bank of Moscow. The number of the application for acquisition of shares and the amount transferred as payment for the shares are inserted into the Payments/Mutual Investment Funds box. If investment shares are acquired for the first time, the standard set of documents for acquisition of investment shares (including the application for acquisition of shares) shall be prepared at the Yekaterinburg branch of the Bank of Moscow. After that, the purchase may be paid for through cash machines. The Managing Company of the Bank of Moscow counts among the leaders of the Russian collective investments market. The Managing Company of the Bank of Moscow operates one interval investment fund and thirteen open mutual investment funds, as well as the assets of non-state pension schemes. The total net assets of the mutual investment funds operated by the Managing Company of the Bank of Moscow is 11,15 billion rubles as of November 30 2007. 100% of the shares of the Managing Company of the Bank of Moscow belong to the Bank of Moscow. Individual ratings of the National rating Agency AAA are the guarantee of maximum reliability.
