20.05.2008 /Financial Statements Authorized capital of “UkrSibbank” to be increased by UAH 930 mln

Annual general meeting of shareholders of “UkrSibbank” took place on May 15, 2008 in Kyiv.

Alongside with other decisions it was resolved to approve the results of placement of the Bank’s shares for the amount of UAH 930 mln (nine hundred thirty million hryvnias) and make relevant amendments to the Bank’s Charter. Upon termination of certain registration procedures the capital of the Bank will make up UAH 4.005 bln.

As of 01.04.2007: net assets – UAH 24.9 bln., capital – UAH 3.1 bln., loan and investment portfolio makes up UAH 22.4 bln., corporate customers’ funds – UAH 3.5 bln., individuals’ funds – UAH 3.6 bln. Regional network currently amounts to more than 967 branches and outlets throughout Ukraine. 69 thousand of Ukraine’s businesses are customers of JSCIB «UkrSibbank», the amount of individuals’ accounts exceeds 2.7 mln.
