Probusinessbank Call Center took part in 5th Call Center Awards World Forum

Call-Center of Probusinessbank took part in the 5th Call Center Awards World Forum for Russia and CIS – "Crystal Headset", which was awarded to the best call-center in Russia, CIS and other countries of this region.

Over 45 companies took part in the initial stage. The total number of bids exceeded 180. After the tough competition, 34 companies were allowed to the second stage, Call Center of Probusinessbank among them.

In the evening of March 17, 2009, the Moscow hotel "Radisson SAS Slavyanskaya" hosted the final competition of the "Operator of the Year" contest in the framework of Business Forum "Call Center World Forum-Russia / CIS – 2009". 12 finalists were to go through the final competition and the Awards Ceremony in 16 nominations.

According to results of the competition, the CallCenter of Probusinessbank successfully passed 4 stages and was awarded the special prize of the jury and Diploma of the award "Crystal Headset".
