Absolut Bank is on Top-10 mortgage leaders list

Following the 2007 results, Absolut Bank took the 8th place in the rating of the Russian bank in terms of the mortgage loan portfolio volumes*.

A high position of Absolut Bank in the table of ranks of the Russian mortgage market has become another confirmation for the success and popularity of its mortgage program. Other ratings of Finance magazine witness it as well. In particular, the Bank is on the Top-10 list of the banks in terms of the granted mortgage loans in 2007.

For a couple of years, mortgage lending has been a strategic priority of the business development for Absolut Bank, which has been on the Top-10 list of the mortgage market leaders since 2005. In 2007, Absolut Bank improved the terms of its programs for several times, by reducing the requirements for the debtors, extending the loan periods, expanding the line of programs and carrying on different events. In summer last year, the bank once again reduced the mortgage interest rate, being among the first banks that offered its clients the loans from at 9% APR in US dollars and 10% APR in Russian rubles. For better comfort of the clients, the Bank opened the Center for Mortgage Lending in the very heart of Moscow in Tsvetnoy boulevard, whose experts are always ready to provide consultations on the home finance to all comers.
