14.08.2009 /Operations BSGV has increased nominal capital
Bank Societe Generale Vostok has increased its nominal capital by 8 bln rubles.

BSGV capital increase at the expense of the mother-company Societe Generale, was registered on July 27, 2009 in the amount of 8 billion rubles. On July 29, 2009, BSGV made an advanced repayment of a 131 million dollars subordinated loan to the mother-company.

After the above-mentioned operations, the statute capital of the bank increased significantly and, as of August 1, 2009, totaled to 12 918 000 000 rubles.

The structure of proper assets has drastically changed in favour of the statute capital that extended BSGV development opportunities. Advanced repayment of the subordinated loan also makes a contribution into the improvement of the bank’s financial results.

As a result of the capital increase, the Tier One Ratio was up to 19.19% (as of July 1, 2009, the index was 15.03%), which exceeds considerably the minimal acceptable level of 10%.
