ARHML and Dalkombank Signed Agreement

Under the government program OJSC “The Agency for Restructuring of Housing Mortgage Loans” (OJSC “ARHML”) and Dalkonbank signed an agreement on cooperation in supporting borrowers faced hard financial situation, where the Bank acts as the official Agent of OJSC “ARHML” in the Far Eastern Federal District.

Large branch network and highly qualified employees allow Dalcombank to speed up document flow and to shorten origination period. Dalkombank also helps borrowers from other banks or non-bank organizations, which got refusal on restructuring from their own creditors. Such borrowers must live in the Far Eastern District and be in compliance with program on housing mortgage loans restructuring.
Restructuring is carried out on an urgent, repayable and fixed-term basis in order to allow borrowers pay out current monthly mortgage payments in a grace period (a maximum of 12 months) which is given for a new job search and returning borrowers’ solvency.
