ARHML and MBRD Signed an Agreement

Under the government program OJSC “The Agency for Restructuring of Housing Mortgage Loans” (OJSC “ARHML”) and Moscow Bank for Reconstruction and Development signed an agreement on cooperation in supporting borrowers faced hard financial situation, where the Bank acts as the official Agent of OJSC “ARHML” in Moscow.

MBRD is in TOP-30 of the Largest Russian Banks and is a reliable partner to perform restructuring of house mortgage loan of a borrower including stabilization loan agreement concluded on behalf of ARHML.

MBRD also helps those borrowers from other banks or non-bank organizations, which got refusal on restructuring from their own creditors. Such borrowers must live in Moscow and be in compliance with program on housing mortgage loans restructuring.
Restructuring is carried out on an urgent, repayable and fixed-term basis in order to allow borrowers pay out current monthly mortgage payments in a grace period (a maximum of 12 months) which is given for a new job search and returning borrowers’ solvency.
