TransCreditBank received subordinated loan from Vnesheconombank

In accordance with the Federal Law «On additional measures to support the financial system of the Russian Federation», TransCreditBank has received a 10-year subordinated loan in the amount of 2,93 bln rubles from the State Corporation «Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)». The attracted funds will be taken into account when calculating the bank's own capital, which is forecast to reach 27.5 bln rubles by September 1st 2009.

 
The increase in capital is a priority for TransCreditBank which allows the bank to implement plans to further develop its business against the backdropof volatile financial markets.
