Vnesheconombank Signs Agreement with WestLB AG, London Branch

State Corporation ‘Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)’ and WestLB AG, London Branch, the Great Britain entered into an Agreement on Opening a Credit Line worth 200 million US dollars.

On behalf of Vnesheconombank the Agreement was signed by Vnesheconombank Chairman Vladimir Dmitriev.

The funds are to be made available to refinance the credit line opened for OJSC Moscow Business Incubator within the framework of financing the Moscow City Technopark “Nagatino-ZIL” Construction Project.

WestLB AG is one the largest Germany’s financial institutions. As of 31.12.207 the Bank’s assets were 287 billion euros. WestLB AG has an advanced network of branches and subsidiary banks abroad including its subsidiary bank in Russia – Bank West LB Vostok.
