B.I.N.BANK repaid in full syndicated loan for U.S. $ 52 mln.

On 3 April, 2008 B.I.N.BANK repaid in full syndicated loan for U.S. $ 52 mln. subject to the Syndicated Trade-Related Term Loan Facility (dated 6th April 2006 as amended and restated by the Amendment and Restatement Agreement dated 30 March 2007). Currently Bank plans to launch a new syndicated loan in May to finance its trade contracts and considers such possibility with potential participants.
