Central Bank registered the SDM-BANK Report concerning additional issue of shares

Moscow Department of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation registered the SDM-BANK Report concerning additional issue of shares.
SDM-BANK finalized the additional issue of 2 million shares with a nominal value of 50 rubles a share. The subscription was offered to a limited list of persons.

After the registration by the Bank of Russia the share capital increased by 99,999,900.00 rubles and grew to 302,098,250 rubles.
