Open Joint-stock Company “TransCreditBank” (General License ¹. 2142 issued by the Bank of Russia) hereby notifies about its change of address in connection with a change of the official address of the building where JSC TransCreditBank is located by the organization (authority) for registration and technical inventory of real estate sites from building 1, 37A Ulitsa Novaya Basmannaya, Moscow to 37A Ulitsa Novaya Basmannaya, Moscow.

The new address of JSC TransCreditBank is 37A Ulitsa Novaya Basmannaya, Moscow. Actual location of JSC TransCreditBank has not changed.

On June 25, 2007 the annual shareholder meeting of JSC TransCreditBank resolved to approve a new wording of the Bank’s Charter, including among other modifications the new address of the Bank.

Importantly, JSC TransCreditBank’s telephone numbers remain unchanged.
