The Evrofinance Mosnarbank has extended for a year a USD 100 million syndicated loan

Evrofinance Mosnarbank has extended for another year a USD 100 million syndicated loan received in May 2006. Due to high demand on the part of the members of the syndicate the amount of the loan was increased up to USD 150 million while the interest rate was lowered from LIBOR + 1.15 percent per annum down to LIBOR + 0.8 percent per annum. The syndicate includes 25 participants and was arranged by RZB, Standard Bank Ltd, and Commezbank AG.
