 MBRD Signs Declaration with MASSIZ
MBRD was among the first to sign Declaration with Interregional Crisis-proof System of Mortgage Borrowers Support (MASSIZ) – a new project on mortgage market.
According to the signed Declaration MBRD will support the development of large network of regional consulting centers on the bases of the most competent local mortgage offices.
All mortgage borrowers experiencing financial difficulties with the repayment of their mortgage loans and those who may not participate in government program of restructuring mortgage loans, provided by ARIZK, can ask for support in these centers.
Press conference, held within the project on 20th of April, 2009, was attended by Mr. G. Tosunyan, the President of the Association of Russian Banks, Mr. I. Shklovets, Deputy Head of Rostrud, Mr. A. Yazykov, General Director of ARIZK, Mr. G. Poltorak, Vice-president of Russian Guild of Realtors, Mr. V. Lopatin, Head of National League of Certified Mortgage Brokers and Mr. A. Shelkovy, Senior Vice-president, MBRD.
Organizers of the project are: - Association of Russian Banks;
- JSC “Agency for Housing Mortgage Loans Restructuring” (ARIZK);
- Federal Service for Employment and Labor Relations (Rostrud);
- Russian Guild of Realtors (RGR);
- National League of Certified Mortgage Brokers (NLCIB).
