 "UkrSibbank's" share on the mortgage market made up 18.8%
According to the Ukrainian national mortgage association, the share of JSCIB “UkrSibbank” on the mortgage market for individuals as of the beginning of 2007 made up 18.8%. This figure has confirmed the Bank’s leadership on the mortgage market, which is far beyond that of the other commercial banks. ”In 2006, “UkrSibbank’s” volume of loan portfolio of individuals has doubled. As of February 2007, the Bank’s loan portfolio in terms of mortgage programs for individuals made up $1035mln, - said Oleksandr Adarich, Chairman of the Board of JSCIB “UkrSibbank”. – Such a significant result affirms “UkrSibbank’s” aspiration to become Ukraine’s best universal bank focusing on retail banking.” The Bank does not only constantly improve the mortgage conditions: “UkrSibbank’s” loan rates are one of the most attractive on the market – a minimum of 8.99% in Swiss francs with a period of up to 21 years, the Bank is paying a great attention to the quality of customer care, but also creates other benefits for the customers. Thus, the Bank’s new mortgage program of “Star Hour” allows the borrowers to enjoy a 6-months delay of loan payments and interests twice during the entire loan period.
