Bank Electronika Steps Up Work in the Mortgage Market

Bank Electronika continues to execute its program for mortgage lending to the public and to expand the volume of its transaction in this market. In late-February, in a joint project with Absolut Bank, Bank Electronika completed the latest refinancing of three real estate loans totaling approximately 4.8 million rubles.

Vladimir Zobnev, Senior Executive Vice-President of the Bank, commented on the transaction: "We will base our future work to extend credit in the mortgage market on agreements with the primary operators in the market. This will be the most important element in expanding services to the public for acquisition of housing via mortgages."
