 MBRD Launches New Federal “Agrarian Mortgage” Program
MBRD initiates “Agrarian Mortgage” program in 56 Russian regions with the participation of 16 Bank’s branches.
According to the program Bank originates the following loans:
- Target loan – for acquisition land and property units located on it;
- General-purpose loan – for financing of the large-scale outlays on security of land and property units located on it.
“Our bank supports innovative direction in forming new class of property owners in Russia, who use their estates as a stable financial security. We complete our mortgage product line by launching “Agrarian Mortgage” program, and offer now to our clients full range of mortgage services according to their needs and possibilities,” noted Andrey Shelkovy, senior vice-president MBRD.
