01.08.2008 /Personal loans June 18, 2008 – SB Bank bonds (series 02) maturity date

The second issue of SB Bank's bonds (registration number 40202999Â, registration date May 18, 2007) in the amount of 1 bn RUR has been placed on June 15, 2007. The rate of the first and second coupon was determined at 9.5% per annum, the rate for the third and fourth coupon period was determined at 12% per annum. The bonds circulation period is 3 years. The issuance was arranged by "International Moscow bank", CJSC and "NOMOS-BANK", open company.

Andrey Egorov, the first deputy chairman of the Board of SB Bank, gives positive evaluation of the carried offer. The number of the bonds submitted to payment was minimal, which shows the high degree of investor loyalty to the issuer. Worth mentioning is that, in spite of the tension in the market, promissory notes issued by SB Bank are considered reliable financial instrument.
