 The "Quartet of Champions" Program results in 4 600 champions in 2007
In 2007, 4 600 champions joined JSCIB “UkrSibbank”. Since the beginning of the year, this number of customers took part in the “Quartet of Champions” Program, which was primarily aimed at cutting down costs of banking account service for SME, saving on loan rate and raising the profits from the clients’ funds placed with the Bank. Hence, after subscribing to the program an entrepreneur or any small or medium-sized enterprise may reduce cash settlement tariffs by 20%, decrease loan interest rates by up to 1.5% and increase deposit rate by 1.5%. As of today, under the “Quartet of Champions” Program the Bank rendered loans to the total amount of over $M 135, whilst the champions’ account balances make up USD 20mln. “To become a “champion” a customer should open a current account for economic entity, obtain the authorization in the remote access system of UkrSibbank and receive a set of four cards: one being a participant’s card and the rest ones – invitations for business partners to be serviced at the Bank. The reward comprises a set of privileges and bonuses for the participant after attracting each new partner to the Program, in case 3 partners become participants thereto – additional bonus – captain’s card with several privileges on loans and deposits. First-rank innovation under the “Quartet of Champions” Program constitutes an extended offer for private entrepreneurs which makes it possible to apply the privileges gained under the Program to banking products both for legal entities and individuals”, commented Vladlen Dyedkov, Head of SME Department, JSCIB “UkrSibbank”. At present regional network amounts to 1000 branches and outlets nationwide. 69 thousand Ukraine’s businesses are customers of JSCIB “UkrSibbank”; number of individuals’ accounts exceeds 2.9mln.
