Lower Rates on "Wooden Houses" Express Loan Program

You will enjoy our new terms of MBRD’s ‘Wooden Houses’ express-loan program. The interest rate has dropped from 16% to 8-12% (depending on loan’s tenor).

Prepayment fee on the program doesn’t very depending on prepayment period and is 1.5% of the prepaid amount. Loan account fee has also changed and account for 0.5% per month. The maximum loan tenor has been increased up to 72 months (against 60 on the previous terms).

Other conditions remain the same:

• maximum loan amount – 1,500,000 RUB
• downpayment - 30% of project price
• decision making – loan application processing period is one day, on loans up to 300,000 RUB decision is made within an hour.
