15.07.2009 /Investing Production and Trade Company "Agromat Ltd." Fulfils its Obligations on Payment of Interest Income of Series À, Â

JSCIB “UkrSibbank” informs that the Issuer has, in full and in due terms, fulfilled its obligations to investors on payment of interest income for the 8th interest period on series À bonds and for the 7th interest period of series  bonds. Interest payments amounted to UAH 44.88 per series A bond and UAH 47.37 per series B bond respectively.

There are currently held negotiations with investors on restructuring of PTC “Agromat Ltd.” obligations on redemption of series A bonds.

It’s worth noting that the Issuer negotiated prolongation of term for called series C bonds totaling UAH 50 mln in February 2009 and fulfilled its obligations in full.

Basic parameters of issue:

  • Volume of emission: UAH 100 000 000.00, two series of UAH 50 000 000.00 each;
  • Open (public) offering;
  • Circulation of series À bonds – till July 12, 2010; series  – till October 11, 2010;
  • Par value per bond: UAH 1 000;
  • Interest income for the ninth-twelfth interest periods on series À - 23% p.a. in UAH, for the fifth-eighth periods on series  – 19% p.a. in UAH, the interest rate on other periods is fixed by the Issuer in the amount of at least 3% p.a. in UAH;
  • Interest period: 91 days;
  • Premature sale of bonds: upon termination of the 4th and 8th interest period of bonds of the respective series;
  • Depositary: OJSC “MFS”.

Production and trade company “Agromat Ltd.” is one of the largest Ukrainian wholesalers of sanitary ware and ceramic tiles. In 2008 the company’s share on the Ukrainian market of ceramic tiles topped 25%. Goods are mainly sold in wholesale (up to 90%), while the rest is sold by retail via related firms and subsidiaries: “Service” subsidiary and LLC “Agromat-Center”. “Service” subsidiary sells goods via trade centers, owned or rented by the parent company: “Svit Keramiky” and “Svit Santekhniky”, as well as in the store located in TC “Araks” (opened in 2009). ). Net income of the Issuer for the last year (12 months ended on 01.04.2009) made up UAH 588.8 mln. The funds, raised from bonds issue, were used by the group to open a new store of VIP goods made by world producers in the city of Kyiv with the total area of 1431 sq m located at Shota Rustaveli Str. In May 2009, a new store “Ceramics Fashion” was opened in TC “Domosfera”.
