Production and Trade Company "Agromat Ltd." Fulfills its Obligations on Redemption of Series Ñ Bonds
JSCIB “UkrSibbank” informs that the Issuer has, in full and in due terms, fulfilled its obligations to investors on payment of nominal value for series C bonds at redemption, to have been offered to the Issuer in February 2009. It’s worth noting that the Issuer negotiated the restructuring of obligations on pre-mature redemption of series C bonds in February 2009. JSCIB “UkrSibbank” acted as a restructuring advisor. Basic parameters of issue: - Volume of emission: UAH 100 000 000.00, two series of UAH 50 000 000.00 each;
- Private (closed) offering;
- Circulation of series C bonds – till February 15, 2011; series D – till August 16, 2011;
- Par value per bond: UAH 1 000;
- Interest period: 91 days;
- Redemption of bonds: upon termination of the 4th and 8th interest period of bonds of the respective series;
- Depositary: OJSC “MFS”.

In total, production and trade company “Agromat Ltd.” has placed two issues of bonds for the total nominal value of UAH 200 mln, in particular UAH 100 mln in April – July, 2007 and UAH 100 mln in February – August, 2008. As of July 07, 2009 the Issuer has redeemed its bonds for the total nominal value of UAH 101 213 000. Currently, there are three outstanding series of production and trade company “Agromat Ltd.” bonds for the total nominal value of UAH 98 787 000. Reference: Production and trade company “Agromat Ltd.” is one of the largest Ukrainian wholesalers of sanitary ware and ceramic tiles. In 2008 the company’s share on the Ukrainian market of ceramic tiles topped 25%. Goods are mainly sold in wholesale (up to 90%), while the rest is sold by retail via related firms and subsidiaries: “Service” subsidiary and LLC “Agromat-Center”. “Service” subsidiary sells goods via trade centers, owned or rented by the parent company: “Svit Keramiky” and “Svit Santekhniky”, as well as in the store located in TC “Araks” (opened in 2009). Net income of the Issuer for the last year (12 months ended on 01.04.2009) made up UAH 588.8 mln. The funds, raised from bonds issue, were used by the group to open a new store of VIP goods made by world producers in the city of Kyiv with the total area of 1431 sq m located at Shota Rustaveli Str. In May 2009, a new store “Ceramics Fashion” was opened in TC “Domosfera”. JSCIB “UkrSibbank” (www.ukrsibbank.com) was registered on June 18, 1990. The Bank has a full NBU license on banking ¹ 75 of December 24, 2001. AS of 01.06.2009: net assets – UAH 50.0 bln, capital – UAH 5.7 bln, loan and investment portfolio makes up UAH 42.8 bln, corporate customers’ funds – UAH 7.2 bln, individuals’ funds – UAH 8.0 bln.
