Annual General Meeting of MBRD Shareholders will be held on June 26, 2009

The Board of Directors of MBRD decided to hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 26, 2009.

The following items are placed to the agenda:

1. Approval of MBRD Annual Report for 2008
2. Approval of MBRD Annual Financial Statements, including the Profit and Loss Statement (MBRD Profit and Loss Account)
3. MBRD profit allocation (including payment (announcement) of dividends) for 2008
4. Election of the Board of Directors of MBRD
5. Election of the Auditing Committee of MBRD
6. Approval of the External Auditor of the Bank
