MBRD has consolidated 100% of DalcomBank

JSFC “Sistema” purchased 20% shares of DalcomBank in August, 2007 and increased its participation up to 48,16% in October, 2007. Due to public offer JSFC “Sistems” got up to 98,65% shares in January 2008 and became a principal owner in August 2008 by purchasing minority stake at fair market value.
