TransCreditBank Arranges the Debut Bond Issue of Kraiinvestbank

On August 8, 2008 JSC "Krasnodar Krai Investment Bank" placed its debut bond issue at MICEX with TransCreditBank acting as the arranger of the issue.

The size of issue is RUR600 mln, the face value of each bond is RUR1,000. The bond matures in 3 years. There will be 6 semiannual coupon payments under the terms and conditions of the issue. The issuer also offers a call option at par 1 year after the launch. The bonds can be put for redemption in the period from August 1 to August 7, 2009.

The issue was fully distributed. During the bidding the rate of coupons 1 and 2 was set at annual 12.3 % which translates into annual 12.68% to the put option date.
