The Bank of Moscow to allocate Rub 232 mln to 2007 dividends
The Bank of Moscow will allocate Rub 232 mln to dividend payouts to its shareholders. The decision to spend 3% of the Bank’s net profit (Rub 232,419,611) on dividends was taken by the 2007 AGM. Furthermore, the AGM voted to approve the Bank’s new Board of Directors. It now consists of Oleg Tolkachev, Dmitry Akulinin, Lev Alaluev, Valery Anuprienko, Andrei Borodin, Viktor Damurchiev, Muhadin Eskindarov, Viktor Korobchenko, Yury Korostelev, Yury Roslyak, Petr Saprykin, Nikolay Shchokotov and Elena Volkova.
