In 2007 Rosbank arranged debt financing for 14 corporate borrowers and 13 regional administrations and municipalities of Russian Federations, making in total 27 issues worth 48 bln. Roubles. As an underwriter, The Bank placed 46 bond issues totalling 124 bln. Roubles, or 24 % of Rouble-denominated bonds in 2007.
