East Capital to increase share in Probusinessbank
Board of Directors of Probusinessbank decided to increase the charter capital of the bank by RUR 291 million through the issue of additional shares in favor of the Swedish fund East Capital Financials Fund. Thereby, the charter capital of Probusinessbank will be increased by 9,3% to reach RUR 3,4 billion, and the Fund’s share in the bank will go up from 12,5 to 19%. As it was announced before, in the mid-December last year shareholders of the bank decided to take a subordinated loan from the Swedish fund East Capital for RUR 624,9 million. Presently, Probusinessbank is finalizing the process of the conversion of the subordinated loan to common registered shares at the offering price of RUR 2145 per share. The charter capital of Probusinessbank amounts to RUR 3,147 billion. Source: RBC daily
