 There was a time when people were searching for elite banking abroad…
Oleksiy Aleksandrov, Assistant Chairman of the Board, Head of the Private Banking Department, JSCIB “UkrSibbank”: Private Banking has been unavailable for Ukrainian customers for a long time due to lack of experience, multiple legal constraints and, all in all, no demand. The situation started to change at the beginning of the XXI century: Ukrainian banks started to promote the service actively and founded Ukrainian institute of Private Banking. The motto of our promotion campaign is “there was a time when you were searching for elite banking abroad”. Of course, “UkrSibbank’s” campaign is primarily targeting the Ukrainian customers, but also the European ones, who are used to the appropriate level of service.
