T.V. Paramonova elected chairman of the board of directors of Transcreditbank

On July 14, 2009 the new Board of Directors of TransCreditBank approved by the Bank’s GSM on Jun 29, 2009, had their meeting in Moscow.

The main item on the agenda was election of Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank, and also definition of structure and heads of Committees of Board of directors of Bank.

Ms. Tatiana Vladimirovna Paramonova, the general director of JSC ZHASO, was unanimously elected Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Mr. Sergey Vladimirovich Orlov, Advisor to President of JSC Russian Railways, was elected Deputy Chairman of the Board. The committee of Board of directors of bank on audit will head T.V. Paramonova; ñommittee on strategic planning – S.V. Orlov; ñommittee on shots and compensations – E.V. Sukhorukova, executive director of NPF Blagosostoyanie.
