Vladimir Golubkov is recognized The Best Banker of the Year 2008

CEO of Rosbank Vladimir Golubkov became the laureate of the all-Russia annual competition “The Best Bankers of the Year 2008”. The award ceremony was held on May 12, 2009 in Moscow.

The contest was initiated by the Expert and Consultation Council under the Chairman of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, Association of Russian Banks, Association of Regional Banks of Russia, the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation, “Financial Control” publishing house, and the “Banking Law” magazine.
