 Oksana G. Malkina (Vice-President)
Ms. Malkina was born in 1974. She graduated from Moscow Institute of Finance and Economy in 2001. Ms. Malkina has a substantial managerial experience in corporate business, private banking and lending. She started her career with Sberbank in 1992. In 1997 Ms. Malkina joined the Russian Development Bank where she was appointed to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board in 2007. Ms. Malkina joined LOCKO-Bank in April, 2009 as Vice-President in charge of Personal Banking. Ms. Malkina’s defined increased clients’ database, extended line of banking products and development of supreme skills when servicing VIP clients among her top priorities. Private Banking remains one of the Bank’s priority segments. LOCKO offers personal lending and investment products to its clients.
