Boris Diakonov resigned from the his office of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank24.ru

There have been changes in the management of Bank24.ru. According to the bank’s web-site, Boris Diakonov has resigned from his office of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank24.ru.

This office was assumed by Yaroslav Alekseev, Credit Risks Vice-president of Probusinessbank, Moscow (both banks belong to Financial Group Life).

At the same time, Boris Diakonov retained the position of member of the Board of Directors of Bank24.ru.

According to reports of "UralPolit.Ru", in the end of 2008, Bank24.ru, "Deposits of Insurance Agency" (DIA) and Probusinessbank, Moscow, signed a three-party agreement, providing for the financial improvement of Bank24.ru, which faced serious liquidity problems at that moment. Presently, Probusinessbank owns 99,5 % common shares of Bank24.ru.
