UkrSibban” Appoints Sergiy Naumov Chairman of the Management Board

Today, on February, 12 Kyiv hosted a General Meeting of Shareholders of JSCIB “UkrSibbank”, during which Sergiy Naumov, acting Chairman of the Management Board, was appointed the Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank. 100% of shareholders to have participated in the Meeting backed this decision.

The meeting also unanimously approved “UkrSibbank” authorized fund increase by the amount of UAH 1.275 bln to UAH 5.28 bln in a way of increasing the number of shares of the current par value through additional contributions.

It was resolved to effect private placement of common registered shares in the amount of 105 600 000 000 totaling UAH 1.275 bln with the par value of UAH 0.05. The shares will be placed among the existing “UkrSibbank” shareholders.
