On Anatoly's Ballo's Election as Malev Airline Board Chairman

Vnesheconombank Deputy Chairman Anatoly Ballo was elected member of Malev Company Board of Directors and was relieved from his proviso post of the Airline’s Supervisory Board member at an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of Malev Airline.

Anatoly Ballo was elected as Board Chairman at a meeting of Malev’s Board of Directors held after the shareholders’ meeting.

Vnesheconombank’s employee Alexandr Tikhomirov was also elected as member of the Airline’s Board of Directors.

Vnesheconombank, Malev’s largest creditor, intends to carry on taking measures aimed at Malev’s financial rescue.
