T.V.Paramonova Elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of TransCreditBank

On July 22, 2008 the new Board of Directors of TransCreditBank approved by the Bank’s GSM on Jun 30, 2008, had their meeting in Moscow.

The main item on the agenda was election of Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank.

Ms. Tatiana Vladimirovna Paramonova, Advisor to President of JSC Russian Railways, was unanimously elected Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Mr. Sergey Vladimirovich Orlov, Advisor to President of JSC Russian Railways, was elected Deputy Chairman of the Board.
