 New composition of the Management Board of “UkrSibbank”
In course of meeting with journalists today, Oleksandr Adarich, Chairman of the Management Board of “UkrSibbank” announced that the Supervisory Council at Paris approved a new composition of the Management Board on April 08: - Oleksandr Adarich, Chairman of the Management Board of JSCIB “UkrSibbank”

- Gilbert Caignan, Deputy Head of the Management Board – Head of Risk Management Department
- Michel Chore³n, Director on IT Project Development
- Radoslav Kuchynsky, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board
- Francois Benaroya, Head of Retail Banking Support and Development Department
- Jean Albert Fratoni, Head of Compliance and Reengineering Department
“This decision was due to enhancement and development of priority directions of the business support, such as IT and Risk Management. As a result the composition of the Management Board has been reviewed and changed”, commented upon Oleksandr Adarich. – “The development of “UkrSibbank” as a leader of the national financial market and second largest retail business of BNP Paribas is an integral part of the Group’s strategy on the international market”.
