Andreas Gschwenter Appointed Member of UniCredit Bank Board of Management

By the decision of the Board of Directors of UniCredit Bank Andreas Gschwenter was appointed Member of the Board of Management of UniCredit Bank. The Major Territory Division of the Central Bank of Russia has approved his candidature.

In 1994 Andreas Gschwenter (39) got a Master Degree in Economics at University of Innsbruck, Austria.

From 1994 to 1997 he worked as a Managing Director at BuE GmbH, Vienna, Austria. Later he moved to Denkstatt GmbH to the position of Senior Consultant.

In 2000 Mr. Gschwenter started at Bank Austria Creditanstalt Romania SA, Bucharest with the position of Executive Director, Head of Banking Operations. In a year he moved to HVB Bank Serbia and Montenegro, Belgrade and became Head of Banking Operations, Chief Operating Officer there. From 2005 to 2008 he worked in Romania again, first at HVB Bank Romania, where he was Chief Operating Officer, Deputy Chairman. After acquisition in 2007 he was appointed the member of the board, Head of GBS at Unicredit Tiriac Bank.
