ORGRESBANK is introducing a service for cashless payment at ATMs of the Bank for visas

ORGRESBANK is putting in place a service for the card-holders of Visa and MasterCard, enabling payment on a cashless basis via our ATMs for consular charges related to obtaining.

This service is available at ATMs of the Bank scattered over Moscow in freely accessible zones and in Saint-Petersburg located on the premises of Consulate General of Finland, as well as Matrix mall situated at 7 Torfyanaya st, building D.      

Payments are accepted in EUR. Conversion of funds from the currency of a transaction into that of the card account is subject to the card issuing bank.      

As the evidence of a successful transaction, the payer is issued with a receipt, which is then to be presented to the Embassy or Consulate of Finland.  

Trough our ATMs you can also pay for the services of operators providing cellular, landline and international telephony, as well as Internet, cable TV, utilities and supply your «e-wallet» accounts in the systems of Yandex Money and   WebMoney.
