DalcomBank Becomes Visa Member

On January 22, 2009 Visa CEMEA Board of Directors has approved membership of DalcomBank in Visa Inc. payment system.

MBRD financial support has allowed DalcomBank to become an associated member of Visa CEMEA. DalcomBank is going to start Visa cards emission and provide support for other cards issuers.

Expansion of the range of services is the guideline for developing strategy for the current year.

“MBRD is ready to provide extensive support for DalcomBank in emission and operating Visa cards. We believe that dynamic network development of cards acceptance and cards servicing, will allow DalcomBank to fix its positions on Far East retail market”, noted Albert Zvezdochkin, Senior Vice-president MBRD.
