New Visa Gold and Visa Platinum services available to Alfa-Bank customers
All Alfa-Bank Visa Gold and Visa Platinum users will be able to access additional services, which will greatly enhance their use of premium Visa cards. Visa Platinum holders will now be able to enjoy the benefits of the purchase protection and extended warranty insurance programs, which offer protection against theft and accidental damage to purchased goods within a fixed period of time. Extended warranty means that goods purchased by Alfa-Bank’s Visa Platinum cardholders will be covered by an additional guarantee for up to 24 months from the date of purchase. The warranty is available for a number of goods, including household electrical appliances. In addition to this, Alfa-Bank’s Visa Gold and Visa Platinum users, as well as their immediate family, will be able to benefit from qualified medical and legal assistance that will be provided in the case of an emergency when traveling abroad during the whole period of validity of these cards. Vadim Yudin, Head of non-credit products development and VIP services at Alfa-Bank said, «Adding extra services to premium Visa cards will allow Alfa-Bank’s customers, as holders of these cards, to gain access to a wide range of benchmark services. Access to these services is free and available to all new and existing cardholders of Alfa-Bank’s Visa Gold and Visa Platinum cards.»
