 New tariffs on issuing and maintenance of "VISA VIRTUON PAYMENT BANK CARD"
New tariffs on issuing and maintenance of "VISA VIRTUON PAYMENT BANK CARD" and on US dollar account operations were determined on the 15th of October. These tariffs will be effective starting from November 1, 2008.
