 BSGV offers a new service to its cardholders
BSGV offers a new service to its cardholders – “Defense” – insurance against losses caused by lost or theft of a plastic card.
“Defense” service was elaborated by Societe Generale Insurance and it is available for BSGV clients being holders of Visa Classic, Visa Gold, MasterCard Standard and MasterCard Gold cards. Having anticipated all force major situations in which a cardholder could turn out, BSGV guarantees to its clients a unique opportunity to get insurance compensation in case of theft of cash withdrawn from ATM, including the case when a client is made to cash money under the threat of violence. The Bank reimburses not only money losses, but also expenses for recovery of documents, keys, change of locks (safe, apartment, car locks, etc.).
In insurance cases BSGV doesn’t demand investigation results from the police; it is enough to have a theft statement made at the police in Russia, as well as in any other country, where the incident took place.
