 500 clients of “UkrSibbank” are monthly granted car loans directly at car showrooms
Every month the Contact Center of “UkrSibbank” handles up to 500 car loan applications while the client is present directly in the showroom. Usually, positive preliminary decisions are taken on 80% of applications. “The clients of “UkrSibbank” can get preliminary decision without leaving a car showroom and come to the Bank’s outlet with the Scoring result, that significantly reduces the period of consideration of a loan application”, mentioned Ivan Istomin, Head of Individual Business Development Department. “Currently, we concluded 550 Agreements on cooperation with car showrooms. The employees of a car showroom collect a necessary set of documents and transfer it to the Bank for a loan to be rendered. Draw-up of loan application in car showrooms is free of charge; additional expenses do not differ from those in the Bank’s outlet.” “UkrSibbank” is a second-to-none in car lending. Since the program has been launched in 2001, the number of borrowers exceeded 63K. The Bank grants up to 3000 car loans every month.
