28.04.2009 /Investing Rossiyskiy Kredit Bank will be an agent and co-organizer of the 4th issue of bonds of JSC "Gazpromneft" - The placement of bonds took place on 21 of April at the MICEX in the form of book-building. The agent of the placement is JSC Gazprombank. The total volume of the issue amounts to 10 bln of Rubles with maturity period of 10 years.

28.04.2009 /Financial Statements UkrSibbank's Comments on Performance Results for 1Q 2009 - Net interest income is UAH 744 million. If compared with the first quarter of 2008 it rose by UAH 281.5 million or 61%. Total operating income for the 1Q totaled UAH 1143 million with a year-over-year increase by 2 times. Operating expenses increased quite moderately, mainly due to the inflation and devaluation of UAH exchange rate, to which the cost of services is often pegged.
