23.03.2009 /Home mortgage MBRD and Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending Cooperation - AHML together with MBRD originated a new mortgage loan for previous mortgage loan repayment with a year grace period and revised repayment schedule. Now the payments are half less from original amount during grace period and will be a little bit higher in comparison with the payments on previous mortgage loan after the grace period expiration.

23.03.2009 /Investing MBRD has consolidated 100% of DalcomBank - JSFC "Sistema" purchased 20% shares of DalcomBank in August, 2007 and increased its participation up to 48,16% in October, 2007. Due to public offer JSFC "Sistems" got up to 98,65% shares in January 2008 and became a principal owner in August 2008 by purchasing minority stake at fair market value.

23.03.2009 /Operations Gazprombank sets up a credit limit of $ 1 billion for OAO Mechel - Mechel business consists of the four following main segments: mining, metallurgy, ferroalloys and power generation. The Group unites producers of coal, iron ore, nickel, steel, rolled products, high-end products, thermal and electric power. Mechel products are sold in Russia and overseas.

23.03.2009 /Operations Gazprombank sets up a credit limit of RUR 1 billion for TGC-5 - TGC-5 specializes in production and sales of electric and thermal power in the regional market covering Kirov region, Chuvash and Udmurt regions and Mariy El. TGC-5 owns 11 heat and power generation plants.
