26.01.2009 /Operations On Signing Memorandum between Vnesheconombank, Cuba’s Transportation Ministry and OJSC United Shipbuilding Company - The Memorandum provides for the parties to cooperate in designing and constructing ships and marine equipment at Russian shipbuilding production facilities. Under the Memorandum the parties intend to jointly work out financing schemes and identify financing sources to construct ships at Russian shipbuilding yards in the interest of Cuba's Transportation Ministry.

26.01.2009 /Bank's Ratings TransCreditBank is on the Top-10 Bondhouse List - The volume of bond issues arranged by TransCreditBank increased 22% y-o-y amounting to RUR27.1 bn vs. RUR22.3 bn in 2007 which allowed the Bank to retain its #6 position in the consolidated arrangers ranking table and the corporate bond arrangers ranking table. In the corporate bond arranger rating which was put together without regard for own issues, TransCreditBank was #5.
