01.09.2008 /Investing The Bank of Moscow has registered the results of additional issue of shares of the Bank of Moscow - The main portion of shares has been redeemed under over-riding powers (4 606 544 shares) at the price of 1081 rubles per valuable security, the rest portion of shares (2 752 094 shares) has been placed by public subscription at the price of 1201 rubles.
