27.08.2008 /Operations Vnesheconombank Chairman Vladimir Dmitriev Participates in the 4th SCO Interbank Consortium Council Meeting - A Memorandum on the Basics of Partner Relations between the SCO Interbank Consortium and the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) was initialed in the course of the meeting. Under the Memorandum the two sides are considering possibilities of raising funds to finance mid and long-tem investment projects and export transactions.

27.08.2008 /Who's who Vnesheconombank Chairman Vladimir Dmitriev was elected Chairman of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Interbank Consortium - Starting from the year 2008, the Consortium established a principle of rotation of Interbank Consortium presiding bank in accordance with a country’s presidency in the SCO. The Russian Federation has been declared the next country to hold presidency in the SCO.
